Chicken And Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken
    1/2 c. onions
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. water
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. bell peppers
    2 c. rice
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Season chicken and brown in a little grease (just enough to cover bottom of pot).
    After chicken is brown, take out and brown sausage.
    Take out sausage after browning and add onions and bell peppers.
    Saute onions and bell peppers on a low fire.
    Add meat back in pot.
    Add your rice, water, Kitchen Bouquet and salt. Stir.
    Cover and cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until rice is done.
