Creamy Roquefort Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Philly cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    garlic powder to taste
    1/2 c. milk
    4 oz. Roquefort or Blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Cut cream cheese into six pieces.
    Place into food processor with mayonnaise and garlic powder.
    Pulse until smooth.
    Pour milk through food chute with processor running.
    Add crumbled cheese by hand.
    Use as salad dressing, baked potato topping or dip for fresh vegetables.
