Peanut Butter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. chunky peanut butter
    2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. ground oat flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Combine peanut butter, eggs, butter and sugar together; mix well.
    Gradually add milk, a little at a time.
    Mix in dry ingredients just until moistened.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool 10 minutes before taking out of pan and putting on a plate.
    Eat plain or lightly spread with whipped cream.
