Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    4 celery stalks
    paprika
    2 medium cucumbers
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. mayo
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins on for 20 minutes.
    After they boil, then run cold water on them for 5 minutes.
    Set in fridge.
    Dice celery, cucumbers and onion.
    Also dice potato into bite size chunks.
    Add 3 hard-boiled eggs to the mixture and then slice up 3 eggs for the top.
    Sprinkle on paprika.
    Add salt and pepper if desired.
