Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Stand 20 minutes before removing from pan.
    Frost when cooled.
