Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Beat eggs and oil; mix well.
Add sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Gradually add flour until all is well blended.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Bake in well greased and floured pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
