Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Pit and peel avocados.
    Mash pulp in bowl and stir in remaining ingredients, except mayonnaise.
    Cover top with a thin layer of mayonnaise to keep mixture from darkening; refrigerate. Stir well before serving with tostados for dipping.
    Makes about 2 cups.
