6 Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Tomato juice or 1 x 8oz. can tomato sauce + water =2c.
    1 tsp. Basil
    1 tsp. Oregano
    1 tsp. Parsley
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. Uncooked rice
    1-2 lb. Ground meat, browned and drained
    1 medium Onion, cut into rings
    1 Bell pepper, chopped
    4-6 Carrots, grated
Preparation
    Stir together the tomato juice, basil, oregano, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside. In a 2qt. casserole dish layer the rice, meat, onion rings, bell pepper and carrot.
    Pour the liquid over the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover, bake for about 2 hours at 350\u00b0f. 180\u00b0c. gas mark 4.
