Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    4 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and 1 cup sugar.
    Add rest of sugar and continue to cream.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating in.
    Sift baking powder, flour and salt; add to flour and add to creamed egg mixture.
    Add soda to buttermilk and mix.
    Add to mixture along with the flavorings.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour in preheated oven.
    Can be frozen.
