Vienna Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs lightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Combine sugar, flour and baking soda in a large bowl.
In a saucepan combine butter, water and cocoa. Bring to boil.
Add the chocolate mixture to the flour mixture and stir until well blended.
Beat in buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into a greased and flowered 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in center.
Allow cake to cool in pan.
