Italian Veggies(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small zucchini, sliced thin
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 small carrot, grated
    1 small can tomatoes and juice
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    salt, pepper and Sweet 'N Low to taste
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation
    Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in nonstick frypan and saute vegetables (first 6 ingredents) until almost done.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer until thick as you want.
    Serve as side vegetable or as sauce for pasta with Parmesan cheese.
