Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs or equivalent Egg Beaters
    2 c. Jiffy baking mix
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium)
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake about 55 minutes in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
    The pan should be a greased loaf pan (9 x 5-inch).
    Set to cool on a rack before slicing.
