Extra Light Beer Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cold shortening, cut up
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 can beer, warm or stale
Preparation

Mix well and roll out. Cut with biscuit cutter or drop in greased muffin tins. Bake at 375\u00b0 until browned, about 15 minutes.
