No-Bake-Chocolate-Treats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. strong brewed coffee
1 1/2 c. toasted rolled oats

Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and coffee.
Add oats and mix with wooden spoon until well blended.
Shape into bite-sized balls and roll in coconut.
Chill and keep stored in refrigerator covered until ready to serve.
