Cream Of Parisian Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
2 c. water
1 c. butter
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. flour
4 chicken bouillon cubes
6 c. milk
1 c. cooked ham
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. celery seeds
Preparation

Cook frozen vegetables in water until blended.
Melt butter in large pan and fry celery and onion.
Add flour and stir until blended.
Crush bouillon cubes; add to margarine/flour.
Add vegetables, ham, salt, pepper, Accent| and celery seed.
Makes 3 quarts.
