Zucchini Sausage Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini cut in half lengthwise
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    1 medium tomato, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Cut squash into 1-inch pieces.
    Shape sausage into 16 meatballs and brown in skillet.
    Pour off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients except tomato.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until done.
    Stir often.
    Add tomato and serve.
