Grandma Borst'S Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef stew meat, cubed
    4 carrots, cut in chunks
    2 stalks celery, cut in chunks
    1 pt. canned tomatoes
    1/4 c. Minute tapioca (important)
    4 small potatoes, cut in small chunks
    1 heaping tsp. instant coffee
    1 beef bouillon cube or 1 tsp. instant bouillon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in crock-pot for 4 hours on high and 2 hours on low.
