Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes cornbread stuffing
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 large box frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Make stuffing according to directions. Add onions to boiling water. Let stuffing cool. Mix all ingredients together. Place in buttered 11 x 13 baking dish. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
