Favorite Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients and add milk, eggs and oil, combined. Combine lightly and pour into shallow, buttered pan, 8 x 8-inch. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
