Scotch Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix Crisco, sugar and flour together.
Reserve 1 cup for topping.
Add to mixture, salt, baking powder, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Add cinnamon to the cup reserved for topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until a wooden pick comes out clean.
Two 8-inch round cake pans do quite well with this recipe.
