Cheese Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can apricot halves, drained (reserve juice)
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix and
    cook the apricot and lemon juice, sugar, flour and eggs
    until
    thick.
    Set
    aside
    to
    cool.\tPlace
    apricot halves in a dish, then the sauce, then grated cheese and nuts. Repeat.
