Blackberry Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/2 c. blackberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 c. Port wine
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    1/2 c. Balsamic vinegar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Broil pork chops until done.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer until mixture becomes thick (approximately 20 minutes). Pour sauce over pork chops and serve.
