Crispy Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line shallow cooking pan with aluminum foil.
    Cut wings at each joint, discarding tips.
    Melt butter flavored Crisco in lined pan.
    Combine flour, onion salt and pepper in plastic bag.
    Add chicken pieces one at a time; shake to coat.
    Place in pan; bake 25 minutes.
    Turn; bake another 25 minutes or until crisp.
    Transfer to paper towels.
    Serve with barbecue sauce.
