Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken breast, skinned
4 large potatoes
salt
pepper
garlic salt
3 c. water
Preparation

Arrange chicken, bones up, in a 10 x 14-inch baking dish.
Peel and slice potatoes; place around chicken.
Salt and pepper to taste and add some garlic salt.
Add the water.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, until chicken is brown, then turn chicken and potatoes over and bake for about 45 minutes more until tender.
Serves 3 to 4.
