Zucchini Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium zucchini
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 3/4 c. herb seasoned croutons
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Wash and slice unpeeled zucchini about 1/2-inch thick.
    Cook slightly in small amount of salted water, covered.
    Saute onions and carrots in butter.
    Stir in undiluted chicken soup.
    Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
