Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. dry breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Add salt and pepper to rice.
    Combine sour cream and chilies in a small bowl.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole.
    Layer rice, sour cream mixture and cheese, in that order, twice, ending with cheese.
    Top with crumbs and bake 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
