Mexican Stack-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. taco or enchilada mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 can chili beef soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 pkg. (8) flour tortillas
    1 pkg. Cheddar or sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Stir frequently. Layer in baking dish (9 x 13-inch), alternate tortillas with meat sauce.
    End with meat sauce on top, about 3 layers.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese is melted.
