Potatoes With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    8 medium potatoes, cooked, drained and mashed
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Combine mashed potatoes with onion.
    Place over low heat until cheese and butter are melted.
    Put in casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
