Baked Tomato Halves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes
3/4 c. fine Italian bread crumbs
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Wash tomatoes, trim and cut in half.
Toss bread crumbs, cheese and butter. Mound crumbs on top of tomato halves.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bread crumbs are brown and tomatoes are hot.
Serves 4.
