Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 onion
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Cook until just tender.
    Drain. While the potatoes cook, dice and fry bacon.
    Pour over cooked and drained potatoes (bacon and drippings).
    Dice onion and add.
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and vinegar.
    Cook in bacon skillet over low heat and stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
    Pour over potato, onion and bacon mixture.
    Mix gently and serve.
    May be kept warm in oven at warm setting.
