Carrot Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. raw carrots, sliced
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Set bowl aside.
In blender container, combine salad oil, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Blend for 5 seconds.
Gradually add carrots, blending until just grated.
Pour container contents over flour mixture.
Add nuts.
Mix well.
