Holiday Bean Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French-cut green beans, drained
    2 cans Shoepeg corn (white), drained*
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion
    1 (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    small box cheese Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick butter
    3 oz. pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Using a strainer bowl, drain green beans, corn and mushrooms. Chop green pepper, onion, and celery.
    Combine sour cream and shredded cheese.
    Blend with vegetables, put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with crushed cheese Ritz crackers, butter and almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
