Hot Fudge Sundae Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Wesson or Crisco oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 3/4 c. hottest tap water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan, stir together flour, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with a fork until smooth and blended.
    Spread evenly in pan.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Pour hot tap water over batter and bake for 40 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes after baking.
    Top with favorite flavor of ice cream.
    Serves 9.
