Broccoli And Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 lb.) bunch fresh broccoli
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can ripe olives, halved
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
    Parboil 3 minutes.
    Saute broccoli and minced garlic in olive oil for approximately 3 minutes.
    Toss with halved ripe olives.
    Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
