Mock Whipped Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. white shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat milk and flour slowly in saucepan.
    Stir constantly, making a thick paste with no lumps.
    Let cool.
    Cream together margarine, shortening and sugar, adding sugar slowly.
    Pour cooled paste mixture into the creamed mixture and beat well.
    Make sure sugar is dissolved.
    Add vanilla.
