Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 to 18 eggs, boiled
1 c. water
3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pickling spice
Preparation

Boil eggs 12 minutes; drain.
Remove shells.
Bring to a boil water, vinegar, salt and pickling spice.
(Beet juice may be added if color is desired.)
Place eggs in hot sterilized jars.
Cover with boiling vinegar mixture.
Seal at once.
