Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs in mixing bowl at high speed 5 minutes; add sugar gradually beating constantly.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice; fold in next 6 ingredients.
    Spread in greased and floured 10 x 15-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle walnuts over top.
    Bake; invert onto towel.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup powdered sugar; roll with towel as for jelly roll.
    Cool.
