Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    4 or 5 large carrots, scraped and grated
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    Rinse with cold water; drain well.
    Combine macaroni, carrots, onion and green pepper in a large bowl; toss gently, and set aside.
