Great Grandma'S Cherry Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. water
8 oz. bottle cherries, cut up (use all juice)
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. whipped cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine gelatin and water; let stand 5 minutes.
Put over double boiler to melt.
Add cherries, putting in all juice and sugar until melted.
Let cool.
Add whipped cream and vanilla. Use any angel food cake.
Fill cavity and sides.
