Grandma Sheffer'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger (lean)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. soda cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together all except about 1/4 cup crumbs.
    Roll into large sausage shape and roll in remaining cracker crumbs.
    Bake 1 hour in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
    May be served warm but best served sliced as cold meat/deli style on bread of choice.
