Sauteed Veal Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bay leaves
    1/4 c. extra virgin flavorful olive oil
    1 lb. veal cutlets, cut into 1/2 strips
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute bay leaves in oil for 1 minute.
    Add veal strips and cook over high heat for 3 minutes, turning several times.
    Add lemon juice, pepper and parsley.
    Toss with veal and cook for 3 to 5 minutes more.
    Remove bay leaves and serve at once.
