Chicken Marbella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (2 1/2 lb.) chickens, quartered or chicken pieces
    1 head garlic, pressed
    1/4 c. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. pitted prunes
    1/2 c. pitted green olives
    1/2 c. capers with bit of juice
    6 bay leaves
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white wine
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except the brown sugar and white wine.
    Marinate overnight.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange chicken with marinade in a single layer.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and white wine.
    Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, basting frequently.
