Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. raw zucchini
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grate and drain zucchini good.
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well and stir in drained zucchini, sifted flour, soda and cinnamon.
    Add to egg mixture and blend well.
    Add nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
