No Mayo Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes, boiled and quartered
    2 scallions, chopped
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    pepper to taste
    chopped fresh parsley
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 or 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Preparation
    While potatoes are still hot, combine mustard, pepper, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, vinegar and garlic. Whisk until emulsified; pour over potatoes.
    Add scallions and toss all.
