Apple Breakfast Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. firm packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (10 oz.) can buttermilk biscuits
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 large apples (peeled, cored and cut into rings)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl, set aside. Separate biscuits and press into 3-inch circles, place on greased pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese, top with apple ring.
    Sprinkle the mixture over and put a pat of butter on each one.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
