Hot Crab Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. milk
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Pour 1 quart milk in saucepan.
    Boil.
    Add juice of 1 lemon. Let curds and whey separate.
    Pour through strainer.
    Eat on crackers.
