Mom'S Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fried, cubed fat back
    1 medium onion
    6 medium potatoes
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 c. evaporated milk
    milk
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Fry
    fat
    back.
    Saute onion in fat.
    Cube potatoes and cook until
    tender (do not completely cover with water).
    Add creamed corn,
    canned
    milk
    and enough whole milk to desired thickness. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve hot with fat back sprinkled on top.
