Apple Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. milk
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. wheat germ (toasted kind)
1 large apple, chopped
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine eggs, mashed bananas, sugar, oil and milk.
In another large bowl, combine flour and wheat germ.
Add banana mixture to flour mixture.
Stir gently with wooden spoon until combined.
Fold apples into batter.
Pour batter into two loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and enjoy.
