Pecan Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg whites, beaten until stiff
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    6 oz. pkg. \"broken\" saltine crackers
    6 oz. pkg. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a large, greased and floured pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
