Mexican Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, sliced
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine corn, biscuit mix, egg, butter and milk.
    Mix well. Turn one half the butter into a well greased 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
    Cover with chiles, then cheese slices.
    Spread remaining dough over cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until browned.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 6 to 9 servings.
